
Katie Naranjo
CEO
Katie Naranjo is the CEO of A Pineywoods Health Care, a group of organizations serving over 2,000 patients throughout central and east Texas. Katie serves on the Austin Community Board at Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, is Chair of the Government Affairs Committee at the Texas Association of Home Care and Hospice, and is a Board Trustee of the Naranjo Museum of Natural History. Katie received her Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas in 2017, and received a Bachelors of Arts in Government in 2009 and a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations in 2009.

Kerri Griffin
CCO
Kerri Griffin has been a nurse for the past 33 years, beginning as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 1989 and earning her Registered Nurse Degree in 1992. Kerri joined the A Pineywoods team in 1995 and has served in a management capacity for 27 years. In July 2012, Kerri was promoted to Administrator of the Home Health division then advanced to Chief Clinical Officer in 2022. As a team member, Kerri participated in developing our latest healthcare service line, Elite Home Medical Care, LP where she serves as the Administrator. Kerri shares a passion for providing quality home care to the elderly population. Born in Shelby County, Kerri is a lifelong Center, Texas resident and a member of Sardis Pentecostal Church. She was selected as a 2020 recipient of “Stars over Shelby County” for her contributions of providing quality health care through leadership in the medical community. She was also selected for the 2020 Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice’s Nursing Achievement Award. She and her husband Ray have three beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren.

Allison Oliver
Administrator
In the Summer of 2008, after working in the public education system for over 10 years, Allison Oliver decided it was time for a career change so she applied for a CBA Coordinator job at A Pineywoods Home Services, Inc. She worked as a CBA Coordinator/ Supervisor from 2008 – 2014. In 2014 the CBA program ended. In December 2014, Allison was appointed to the Office Manager position and held that title until May of 2018 then promoted to Alternate Administrator and now to her current position as Administrator of A Pineywoods Home Services and Elite Medical Home Care. She and her husband Brian have two grown children, a daughter and son and a very energetic grandson that keeps them very busy.

Kendall Beattie
Alternate Administrator
Kendall Beattie has over 10 years in the healthcare industry specializing in marketing, business development, and patient care. She has her Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University. She is very involved in the Lufkin community where she is a member of the Junior League of Lufkin, on the Angelina Beautiful/Clean Board of Directors, Museum of East Texas Guild Board, Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee, and member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church. Kendall and her husband, Kory, have two girls together. They enjoy being outdoors, checking out local eateries, traveling, cooking, and game nights

Jennifer La Corte
Director of Business Operations
Jennifer La Corte has a heart for service and enjoys playing a role in bringing patient-centered care to the comfort of a home setting. She worked closely with the A Pineywoods Home Heal th and Home Services senior management to meet company objectives as the Director of Business Operations beginning in April 2020 and has transitioned into the role of Alternate Administrator at Elite Medical Home Care. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts in Communication from California State University – East Bay. Jennifer received the honor of being awarded “40 Under 40” in 2019 from her alma mater CSU – East Bay and was awarded the “Volunteer of the Year” from the Junior League of Lufkin in 2021. She likes to actively volunteer with various local community organizations, express herself through creative outlets, explore cultures through food and experience the world by traveling near and far. Jennifer is married to her husband, Phillip La Corte, and has two young daughters who she enjoys spending her free time with. She moved from California in 2015 and now loves calling East Texas home.
